We recently became great-grandparents, and that event has made me realize that I need to get all of the family stories and information recorded for future generations to enjoy the way I have all of these years. I started doing digital scrapping as a way of sharing my family information with my family at a low cost, and also to be able to quickly gather my research notes and present them in an entertaining manner, rather than just fill out plain forms. Being an only child and an only grandchild on my mother's side, I have inherited a lot of family pictures from several branches of the family, which need to be preserved and identified. This quest has led me to find additional information on all of my relatives, because it is true as they say that "a picture is worth a thousand words". With that thought, I know I will be busy for quite a while!
